‍1.1 These Terms & Conditions ("T&C") apply to the use of the waitlist service provided by Ahead Health AG (“Ahead”) through its website www.ahead.clinic ("Platform"). By joining the waitlist, users agree to the terms outlined below.

‍2.1 By submitting their name, email address, and phone number, users express interest in receiving more information about Ahead’s health screening services once they become available.

2.2 Joining the waitlist does not create a contractual obligation for the user or Ahead to proceed with any service provision. It is a non-binding expression of interest.

2.3 Ahead will reach out to users on the waitlist once its services are available, at which point further details, including pricing, service offerings, and full Terms & Conditions, will be provided.

‍3. Data Collection

‍3.1 The personal data collected (name, email, and phone number) will be used solely for the purpose of notifying users when Ahead’s services are available. No medical or health-related data will be collected or processed at this stage.

3.2 Users may opt-out of the waitlist at any time by contacting Ahead via email at get@ahead.clinic.
